With a master’s degree in counseling, I have a passion for working with people. I have a private practice specialising in pre and post-ritual counselling and I work with clients in need of psychedelic integration therapy. With 15 years of my own experience using psychedelics and participating in plant medicine ceremonies to help heal the grief of the loss of my brother, I bring a lot of first-hand knowledge to my practice.
I resonate with the psychedelic harm reduction and integration (PHRI) model and mindful self-compassion. PHRI incorporates elements of harm reduction psychotherapy and psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy with a stance of compassionate, destigmatising acceptance of people’s choices.
I endeavor to address stigma and spread awareness of the enormous therapeutic potential of psychedelic medicines to ensure people have access to the support they need. I utilise harm reduction practices and tools for maintaining and magnifying the benefits of psychedelic experiences so we can maximise the full potential of our journey.
